Ingredients
- βοΈ 2 pounds (960 g) country-style pork ribs
- βοΈ 4 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
- βοΈ 1/4 teaspoon salt
- βοΈ 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- βοΈ 1/3 up (80 ml) chili sauce
- βοΈ 1/3 cup (80 ml)apricot preserves
- βοΈ 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- βοΈ 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- βοΈ 1/8 teaspoon ground droed chipotle pepper
Method
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 350 F (175 C) for 5 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 F (100 C).
Step 2
Brush pork ribs with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, then season with salt and black pepper. Working in batches, transfer seasoned ribs to the air fryer basket. Fry in a single layer for 15-20 minutes, or until the thermometer inserted in the center of ribs reaches 145 F (72 C).
Step 3
Remove fried pork ribs from the fryer and transfer them to a baking pan. Keep warm while cooking the remaining ribs.
