  • 8 jalapeno peppers, cut lengthwise into halves
  • 1 oz (120 g) American cheese
  • 8 slices bacon

Method

Step 1

Scoop out the membranes and seeds from jalapeños. Top with small piece of American cheese, then wrap with bacon slice. Transfer wrapped jalapeños to a large plate. Wrap with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
