Air Fryer Teriyaki Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 pound (480 g) calamari rings
- 1 lemon, sliced
Method
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs and garlic. Whisk well.
Step 2
In a separate shallow dishes, place breadcrumbs and cornstarch.
Step 3
Dredge the calamari rings in the cornstarch, then dip in egg mixture. Shake off any excess. Roll them in breadcrumbs, to coat well.
Step 4
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Step 5
Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray. Place breaded rings in the greased basket. Air fry at 390 F (195 C) for 12 minutes.
Step 6
Sprinkle with lemon slices. Serve hot with your favorite sauce.
