Air fryer teriyaki chicken thighs recipe.Crispy, flavorful, and healthy air fryer teriyaki chicken thighs. Serve with rice and veggies for a complete meal.

What are the benefits of air frying?

Air frying is a healthy and easy way to prepare food. It’s also versatile, which means that you can use it for all sorts of dishes.

Air frying is an alternative to deep-frying and other cooking methods that utilize high heat. Air fryers are safe to use because they don’t require oil or butter, so they’re healthier than deep frying. They also use less energy than other cooking methods like baking or microwaving.

Why Should You Cook Teriyaki Chicken in the Air Fryer?

Teriyaki chicken is a popular dish. It is often served in restaurants and on sushi platters. However, it’s often cooked in a large pan with oil or butter, which adds unnecessary calories and fat to the meal. The air fryer can be used to cook teriyaki chicken without adding any extra fat.

Cooking teriyaki chicken in an air fryer is healthier than cooking it in a pan with oil or butter because the air fryer cooks food by circulating hot air around it. This means that less oil or butter is needed to cook the dish because the hot air will help brown and crisp up the outside of the meat while cooking it from the inside out.

Method

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken broth, ginger, red pepper flakes, and soy sauce. Stir well.

Step 2

Pierce 10-15 holes into the chicken thigh's skin. Place the chicken in the broth mixture. Toss well to coat. Allow marinating for 10 minutes.
