Air Fryer Cheesy Bacon-Wrapped Jalapeños Recipe

- 6 large jalapenos, halved lengthwise
- 4 oz (120 g0 cream cheese
- 1/4 cuop shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 scallions, green tops only, sliced
- 6 slices bacon, halved
Scoop out the seeds and membranes from the jalapeño halves.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Shredded Cheddar cheese, and chopped scallions. Stir well. Using a small spoon, fill the jalapeños with the cheese mixture. Wrap the bacon around each stuffed pepper, then secure with a toothpick.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes. Working in batches, place the jalapeños in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Bake at 325 F (160 C) for 12 minutes, or until pepper are tender and bacon is browned and crisp.
