Poached Tilapia with Tomato and Beans
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 tilapia fillets
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, and chili powder. Mix well.
Place the tilapia fillets in the bowl and coat evenly with the mixtrure.
Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper. Place fish fillets in lined basket in a single layer. ( you may need work in batches)
Fry at 380 F (190 C) for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked. Serve hot with your favorite vegetables.
