Air Fryer Crab Claws Recipe

- 8 cooked crab claws
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) Dim Sum shrimp sauce
Using paper towels blot excess moisture from the crab claws. Set aside.
Pour the beaten eggs into a small bowl. Put Dim Sum shrimp paste in another small bowl.
Coat the crab claws generously with shrimp paste. Roll the coated crab claws in the flour, then dip into the beaten egg. Finally, roll in breadcrumbs.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes. Place the crab claws in the air fryer basket. Spray with cooking oil spray.
Fry carb claws at 400 F (200 C) for 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
