Ingredients

  • 4 haddock fillets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 cups panko breadcrunbs
  • 2 large eggs, beaten

Method

Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
