Air Fryer Egg Rolls Recipe

- 6 egg roll wrappers
- 3 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cupo shredded carrots
- 1½ teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add sesame oil, ginger, garlic, cabbage, and carrots. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage has wilted.
Stir in green onions, soy sauce, then season with black pepper and mix well. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Divide the vegetable mixture among egg roll wrappers. Roll the wrappers up. Brush the olive oil over top of the egg rolls.
Grease the air fryer basket with the oil. Place the egg rolls in the greased basket, seam-side down. Fry at 360 F (180 C) for 7 minutes, then flip them and fry for a further 2 minutes.
Remove fried egg rolls from the fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot.
