Ingredients
- 2 halibut fillets, patted dry
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon herb and garlic seasoning
Method
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter and herb and garlic seasoning. Mix well. Layer on top of fillets.
Step 2
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Place seasoned fish fillets in the air fryer basket. Fry at 380 F (190 C) for 8-10 minutes, or until halibut is golden.
Step 4
Serve hot on the bed of baked mushrooms.
