Ingredients
- 1 pound (480 g) unpeeled shrimp, deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- lemon wedge, to serve
Method
Step 1
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except shrimp. Mix well.
Step 2
Add shrimp and stir until evenly coated with the marinade. Marinate for 15 minutes at room temperature.
Step 3
Remove shrimp from the marinade and place in the air fryer basket. Fry at 410 F (205 C) for 6 minutes or until are opaque.
Step 4
Remove fried shrimp from the fryer and transfer to serving plate. Serve with lemon wedges.
