Air fryer lamb kebabs recipe. Learn how to cook delicious Greek kebabs (kofta) in an air fryer. Serve them with Homemade Tzatziki Sauce. Please note, the cooking time is just an estimate and can vary based on the Air Fryer model. I used my Kyvol Air Fryer.
Use ground beef as the alternative, if desired. Also, I used kofta kebab spice mix. You can prepare it at home:
Kofta Kebab Spice Mix
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon coriander seeds
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns
1 teaspoon allspice
1/2 teaspoon cardamom seeds
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Method: Using a coffee grinder, grind all ingredients. Makes 4 tablespoons.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 pound (480 g) ground lamb
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons kofta kebab spice mix
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Method
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Using an immersion blender, blend until smooth. Cover the lamb mixture and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the cooled lamb mixture from the refrigerator. Using your hands, shape the mixture and divide it into four, making long sausage shapes. Tread into soaked bamboo skewers.
Step 4
Place kebabs in the air fryer basket. Fry for 10 minutes or until internal temperature is 145 F (70 C) Serve with tzatziki sauce.
