- 1¼ cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup yellow cornmeal
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) safflower oil
- 1¼ cups (310 ml) orange juice, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Grease a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set it aside.
