Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) peach preserves
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 oz (30 ml) white vinegar
- 1 oz (30 ml) bourbon
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1½ teaspoons water
- 2 pounds (960 g) chicken wings

Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.

In a blender or food processor, combine peach preserves, brown sugar, minced garlic, and salt. Blend until smooth.
