Air fryer pork meatballs recipe. There are a number of reasons to try out these air fryer pork meatballs. They’re juicy and the flavor is insanely great! Serve them as a starter, snack, or side dish, or make an easy lunch.

Well, they have ground meat, chopped onion, and a mixture of other spices including garlic, onion, allspice, mustard powder, and sage.

I wanted to add ground caraway seeds for their licorice flavor too, but I ran out. I was able to find smoked sweet and hot Spanish paprika and decided to use that instead. What a great, compatible combo of flavors! The smoked paprika really boosts the meatball’s flavor. Try not to drool while the meatballs are cooking- their intoxicating smell will be hard to resist.

When cooking pork meatballs, I found that frying them at 375F works best to make sure they’re fully cooked through. The minimum internal temperature should be 165F and the approximate cooking time is 15 minutes.
