Slow Cooker Greek Lamb Pitas

Ingredients

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme leaves, finely chopped
  • fresh rosemary sprigs, to serve

Method

Step 1

Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Rub both sides of lamb chops with vegetable oil, then season with salt, black pepper, rosemary, and thyme. Press the herbs into the meat gently.

Step 3

Working in batches, place lamb chops in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Fry at 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes. Flip the chops over and fry for a further 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining lamb chops.

Step 4

Remove fried chops from the fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with fresh rosemary leaves. Serve hot.
