Ingredients
- 1 pound (480 g) uncooked bulk sausages
- 6 hard- -boiled eggs, shelled
- 1-2 raw eggs, beaten
- 1 cup almond flour (coconut flour, or preferred coating)

Divide the sausages into 6 equal parts. Using a spoon, flatten each sausage portion into a thin patty, large enough to wrap around a hard-boiled egg.
