Baked Prosciutto-Wrapped Cod
Ingredients
- 14 oz (420 g) cod fillets, skinless, boneless and cut into 4 pieces
- 8 slices prosciutto
- olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper,to taste
Method
Step 1
Preheat an oven to 425 F (210 C).
Step 2
Pat fish fillets dry with paper towel. Season with salt and black pepper. Place seasoned fish fillets in a baling sheet. Sprinkle with olive oil. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around the fish.
Step 3
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes until the cod is cooked through. Serve baked prosciutto-wrapped cod hot
