Ingredients

  • 2 cod fillets
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 oz (60 g) thin striped bacon rashers
  • 1 oz (30 g) butter
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • sprigs of parsley
  • lemon wedges
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

Step 1

Preheat the grill.
