Chicken breasts marinated in hot sauce. Chicken breasts with chili sauce cooked in a broiler. Easy and delicious! I used Homemade Chili Sauce to make this recipe.
Chicken Breasts Marinated in Hot Sauce
- 12 oz (360 ml) bottle chili sauce
- 1/2 cup (125 g) red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 garlic clove,peeled and quartered
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 pounds 91.44 kg) skinless and boneless chicken breasts
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except chicken. Mix well.
Place chicken breasts in spicy marinade, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning chicken occasionally.
Preheat your broiler. Remove marinated chicken breasts from refrigerator and place on rack in broiler pan. Broil for 35 minutes or until chicken breasts are fork tender, basting chicken with marinade and turning occasionally, using a tongs.
