Chicken Cordon Bleu recipe.This is classic chicken recipe,very easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 8 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 thin slices ham
  • 8 slices cream cheese
  • 8 slices bacon

Method

Step 1

Pound both sides of chicken breasts to about ½ inch (1.2 cm) thick.

Step 2

Lightly grease baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In a greased baking sheet,place chicken breasts. Top each breast with 1 slice Swiss cheese,1 thin slice of ham and ½ inch slice of cream cheese.

Step 3

Roll up each chicken breast and wrap each chicken roll with a slice of bacon.

Step 4

Preheat your oven to 350 F (175 C). Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until chicken and bacon cooked through.
