Crock pot chicken sliders. Very easy pulled or shredded chicken recipe cooked in crock pot.

Crock Pot Chicken Sliders

Ingredients

  • 3 large boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 28 oz (840 g) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • Mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • slider buns, toasted

Method

Step 1

Arrange chicken breasts in the bottom of crock pot. Pour over spaghetti sauce, then add minced garlic.

Step 2

Cover crock pot and cook on low-heat setting for 6-8 hours.

Step 3

Using a fork, shred cooked chicken and stir well.

Step 4

Preheat broiler. Top toasted buns with shredded chicken and mozzarella slice. Place chicken sandwiches under broiler. Broil until cheese melts.

Step 5

Serve crock pot chicken sliders hot.
