  • 1/2 cup tapioca starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 pound 9480 g) boneless and sinless chicken breasts, cubed
