It is a part of most popular sauces, such as Aioli , Mikado or Tartar sauces. Mayonnaise also an excellent accompaniment for cold dishes , such as: poultry , seafood , ham or beef.
Homemade easy mayonnaise recipe (see recipe below) contains very healthy ingredients, such as honey, Dijon mustard, vegetable oil, wine vinegar.

Fines Herbs Mayonnaise:
Makes about 1 cup (250 ml)
Ingredients: 1 cup (250 ml) mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon each: chopped fresh tarragon, chives, fennel, fresh basil
Instructions: in a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well.
Curry Mayonnaise:
Ingredients: 1 cup (250 ml) mayonnaise, 3/4 teaspoon curry powder, 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg Instructions: In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, mix until smooth.
Tartare Sauce:
Ingredients: 1 cup (250 ml) mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon each: chopped marinated pickles, chopped capers, old-fashioned mustard, 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Ingredients
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups (500 ml) vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoons boiling water
- 1 teaspoon honey
Method
Step 1
In a mixing bowl,combine egg yolks,mustard and salt. Using a wire whisk,mix well.
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil in thin trickles and beat constantly. Whenever the mixture appears thick,add 1 teaspoon vinegar.
Step 3
Stir in black pepper and boiling water. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve.
