Fresh salmon tartare.Raw salmon fillet served with vegetables.Very healthy and delicious!
- 13 oz (390 g) salmon fillet,skinned,boned,and cubed
- 2 spring onions,finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers,chopped
- 1 tablespoon gherkin,finely chopped
In a mixing bowl,combine all ingredients. Mix well,cover and refrigerate until just before serving.
When fresh salmon tartare ready ready to serve,roughly pile onto serving plates. Sprinkle with some more black pepper and serve with slices of buttered bread.
