Fresh salmon tartare.Raw salmon fillet served with vegetables.Very healthy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 13 oz (390 g) salmon fillet,skinned,boned,and cubed
  • 2 spring onions,finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers,chopped
  • 1 tablespoon gherkin,finely chopped

Method

Step 1

In a mixing bowl,combine all ingredients. Mix well,cover and refrigerate until just before serving.

Step 2

When fresh salmon tartare ready ready to serve,roughly pile onto serving plates. Sprinkle with some more black pepper and serve with slices of buttered bread.
