Grilled chicken wings Tai-Pan recipe. Spicy chicken wings grilled over a charcoal or gas grill. Very delicious! Use it as an appetizer or main dish.
Grilled Chicken Wings Tai-Pan Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons ginger
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 sweet red pepper, puréed
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon mint
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) olive oil
- 1 tablespoon wine vinegar
- 2 pounds (960g) chicken wings
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, combine together all marinade ingredients. Add chicken wings, cover and marinate for 8 hours.
Step 2
Preheat your gas or charcoal grill. Drain chicken wings and cook over barbecue. Baste chicken wings with marinade during cooking. Season grilled chicken wings with salt and pepper before serving.
