Instant pot beef soup with noodles. Homemade beef, vegetables, and noodle soup made in an Instant Pot is really good. It has soft beef and tasty noodles and is a comforting meal. With an Instant Pot, you can make a big batch that tastes like it’s been cooking all day in just an hour and a half.
It’s time for soup season! Making soup in one pot is a simple and convenient option. Leftovers can be easily reheated in the Instant Pot. We all know soup tastes great the next day. And who else likes having fewer dishes to clean? I do!
I recently tried out a new type of meat called boneless beef ribs in this recipe. My brother had mentioned them to me, and now I love them! They’re also known as country-style beef ribs.
How to make beef and Noodle Soup in an Instant Pot
The Instant Pot is a cool machine that does lots of things and is easy to use. People who love it call it their “IP.” Even though it’s not selling as well as before, it’s still a great gadget to have.
You can use the sauté function to quickly brown meat. This is important for making delicious soup because it helps create a flavorful broth. To do this, season and brown the beef and make sure not to put too much in the pot at once. This step takes time, so don’t rush it.
Take out the meat and keep it to the side. Then, add some bouillon, garlic, soy sauce, and water. Stir it all up to mix the yummy brown bits at the bottom of the pot. Put the beef back in and cook it for 40 minutes on high pressure.
While the beef is cooking, cut up some celery and carrots to put in the soup. Also, chop up some onions!
When the beef is done, it will be soft, juicy, and delicious. The combination of bouillon and soy sauce with the browned beef will make a tasty soup base!
Next, cut the beef into small pieces and keep it aside. Then, turn on the Instant Pot and pour water into it. Once it starts boiling, add the veggies and noodles. Change the setting to a lower heat and cook until the veggies and noodles are soft.
Put the shredded beef back into the pot and taste the soup. You can add more seasoning if you want, but try it first!
If you want, you can also add some salt, pepper, and parsley. Parsley makes the soup taste really good, like a magic ingredient!

Whether you are looking for a quick and easy weeknight dinner or a cozy meal to enjoy on a chilly day, beef soup with noodles is a versatile option that can be customized to suit your taste preferences.
Ingredients
- 3 pounds (1.44 kg) boneless beef ribs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 2-3 tablespoons paste type beef base
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 10 cups (2.5 L) water, divided
- 1½ cups sliced carrots
- 1½ cups sliced celery
- 1 medium potato, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 12 oz (360 g) bag egg noodles
Method
Step 1
To cook, turn on the Instant Pot and select the saute option. Add olive oil and let it heat up. Cut the ribs into smaller pieces and sprinkle salt and pepper all over them. Use your hands to press the seasoning into the meat. Put a few pieces of meat in the pot at a time and cook until they are brown on all sides. Don't rush this step. Once done, take the meat out and set it aside.
Step 2
Put 2 cups (500 ml) of water, soy sauce, garlic, and bouillon in a pot and mix until the brown bits on the bottom of the pot come loose. Put the meat back in and pressure cook for 40 minutes. While that cooks, cut carrots and celery and chop an onion. Take the meat out of the pot, get rid of any fat, shred it, and put it aside. Set the Instant Pot to saute again.
Step 3
Put the remaining water in a big pot and heat it until it's boiling. Then, add carrots, potatoes, celery, onion, and noodles to the soup. Turn the heat down a little and let everything cook until the noodles and vegetables are soft. Finally, add beef and parsley to the soup and warm it up. You can also add some seasoning and bouillon if you want.
