Ingredients

  • 1 pound (480 g ) frozen shrimp, shelled nd deveined
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) hot water

Method

Step 1

Pour the water into the instant pot. Add frozen shrimp.

Step 2

Close the pot and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 1 minute.

Step 3

Using the Quyick Release method, bring pressure to normal. Carefully unlock and open the lid.

Step 4

Using a colander, drain boiled shrimp. Serve hot.
