Instant Pot Keto Lemon Garlic Salmon Recipe

- 1½ pounds (740 g) frozen salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 cup (180 ml) water
- fresh dill, basil, and parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
Pour the water and lemon juice in a 6-quart (6 L) electric instant pot. Mix well. Add fresh herbs, then place a steamer rack in the cooker.
Drizzle salmon fillets with avocado oil and season with salt and black pepper. Sprinkle garlic powder over seasoned fish and place fillets in a single layer on the steamer rack. Top with sliced lemon.
Cover the pot and lock the lid. Set the machine to cook at high pressure. Set the timer to cook for 7 minutes.
Using the Quick Release method, bring pressure to normal. Carefully unlock and open the lid.
Remove cooked salmon fillets from the cooker and transfer them to a serving plate. Serve hot.
