Lemon and blueberry smoothie. Delicious and healthy nonalcoholic mixed drink. Very easy to make!
Lemon and Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- zest of 1 lemon
- freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons flax seeds
- 1 cup (250 g) fresh blueberries
- 1 cup (250 g) Greek nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) grapefruit juice
- cubed ice
- 2 tablespoons clear honey
Method
Step 1
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
Garnish with mint sprig and serve.
