  • freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons flax seeds
  • 1 cup (250 g) fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup (250 g) Greek nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) grapefruit juice
  • cubed ice
  • 2 tablespoons clear honey

Method

Step 1

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.

Step 2

Garnish with mint sprig and serve.
