Minty Mango Salsa Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, peeled and finely diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeΓ±o pepper, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint leaves
Method
Step 1
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss well and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Transfer minty mango salsa to serving bowl. Serve with tortilla chips.
