Minty Mango Salsa Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, peeled and finely diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint leaves

Method

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss well and set aside for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

Transfer minty mango salsa to serving bowl. Serve with tortilla chips.
