Minty mango salsa. Fruit and vegetable salsa.Easy and healthy.
- 2 ripe mangoes,peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup red onion,peeled and finely diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper,diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper,seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint leaves
In a mixing bowl,combine all ingredients. Toss well and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
Transfer minty mango salsa to serving bowl. Serve with tortilla chips.
