Oven Baked Tuna in White Wine2013-03-02

- 1 yellow onion,peeled and cut into ringes
- 4 tuna fillets
- 2 cloves garlic,peeled and crushed
- 4 teaspoons unsalted butter
- fresh parsley,chopped
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons dry white wine
Prepare 4 squares of aluminum foil,big enough to parcel the tuna. Arrange the onion rings on each foil square. Place tuna fillets over onion rings. Add 1/2 clove of crushed garlic to each parcel. Finish with 1 teaspoon of butter.
Sprinkle with parsley and season with salt and black pepper,to taste. Fold the edges of aluminum foil up secure and almost ready to close. Add 1 tablespoon of dry white wine to each parcel and seal it completely.
Set turbo oven temperature to 374°F (190°C). Place the parcels on low grilling rack and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Serve oven baked tuna with cooked rice and green vegetables.
