Shrimp Canapes with Dill

Ingredients

  • 18 medium shrimp, cooked, shelled, and deveined
  • 12 toast rounds
  • unsalted butter
  • mayonnaise
  • 12 dill sprigs
  • lemon wedges
  • freshly ground black pepper

Method

Step 1

Butter the toast rounds and arrange 3 shrimp halves in a spiral of each round. Garnish the shrimp canapés, if desired, with mayonnaise pressed from pastry tube.

Step 2

Serve with lemon wedges and freshly ground black pepper.
