Slow Cooker Chicken Stew with Artichokes
Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds (760 g) boneless and skinless chicken breasts
- 14 ½ oz (435 ml) can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 15 oz (450 ml) can quartered canned artichokes, undrained
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 large potato, peeled and sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried orageno leaves
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except seasoning, in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high-heat setting for 4-5 hours.
Step 2
Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Serve hot.
