Slow cooker chocolate fudge brownies recipe. Very easy chocolate brownies baked in a 6-quart (6L) slow cooker. An excellent dessert! To make Warm Caramel Brownie bars, just omit walnuts. Spoon warm caramel ice cream sauce over brownies and sprinkle with chocolate-covered raisins, finely chopped walnuts, and flaked coconut. Slow Cooker Chocolate Indulgence Brownies Recipe
Very simple and delicious dessert. You will enjoy these brownies!
Makes 24 brownies
Ingredients: 3 large eggs, beaten, ΒΎ cup light brown sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla, 2 cups (0.47 l) chocolate cookie crumbs, 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 2/3 cup chopped dates, Β½ cup reduced-fat semisweet chocolate morsels
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine beaten eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla. Beat until thick, for about 2 minutes. Stir in chocolate cookie crumbs, cocoa, and salt. Fold in chopped dates and chocolate morsels.
Grease with nonstick cooking spray and flour 9 x 5-inch (22.5 x 12.5 cm) loaf pan. Pour batter into greased and floured pan, then place in a 6-quart (6L) slow cooker. Cover the cooker and cook on a high-heat setting until a toothpick inserted in the center of the brownies comes out clean, for about 3 hours.
Turn off the slow cooker and open the lid. Remove baked chocolate brownies from the cooker, place on a wire rack, and cool for 10 minutes. Invert onto a wire rack and cool. Cut into slices. Serve warm.

Ingredients
- 19.8 oz ( 590 g) package brownie mix
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Method
Step 1
Cook brownie mix according to package directions, adding butter and walnuts.
Step 2
Pour batter in greased 7-inch (17.5 cm) spring form pan. Place on rack in 6-quart (6L) slow cooker.
Step 3
Cover cooker and cook on low-heat setting until a toothpick inserted in the center of brownie comes out clean, for about 6 hours.
Step 4
Turn off slow cooker. Cool baked brownie on wire rack. Remove side of pan and cut into wedges.
