- Curry Meatballs (recipe follows)

- 4 medium carrots, peeled and diced

- 1/2 pound (240 g) Ditalini pasta
- salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

- 1/2 pound (240 g) lean ground beef
- 1/3 cup minced yellow onion
- 1½ teaspoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
