Ingredients

  • 1 pound (480 g) ground beef
  • 1 medium yellow onion, peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2pounds (960 g) Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons diced jalapeno peppers
  • 1 tablespoon Taco seasoning
  • 2 10 oz (300 ml) each)) cans Rotel Tomato&Chilies
  • chopped green onions, for garnish

Method

Step 1
