  • 1 ½ pounds (1.44 kg) boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) clear honey


Step 1

Lightly grease the inside of the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2

Place chicken breasts in slow cooker.

Step 3

In a small mixing bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, except honey. Mix well and pour over chicken in slow cooker.
