  • 2 pounds (960 g) pork roast, sliced
  • 1/4 cup (60 g) brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 cup (125 g) soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup (60 g) ketchup
