Ingredients
- 2 pounds (960 g) pork roast,sliced
- 1/4 cup (60 g) brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 cup (125 g) soy sauce
- 1/4 cup (60 g) ketchup
- 1 teaspoon salt
Method
Step 1
Place sliced pork in slow cooker.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl,combine remaining ingredients. Mix well and pour mixture over pork chunks.
Step 3
Cover slow cooker and cook on high-heat setting for 4-6 hours.
Step 4
Remove cooked pork roast from slow cooker. Drain off excess fat. Serve over cooked rice.
