Could you be more specific about the scalloped potato mix. Is it the box and the powdered mix you use, or just the powdered mix

Hi, I use the box and the powdered mix. You can prepare it at home (makes 4 1/2 cups): 2 cups instant powdered milk, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup cornstarch, 1/2 cup onion powder, 1 cup dried chives, 4 teaspoons salt, 4 teaspoons mustard powder,2 teaspoons black pepper, 1 taspoon garlic powder, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Mix all ingredients well and store in a sealed container. Regards
