Ingredients
- vegetable oil
- 1ΒΌ pounds (600 g) beef steak, cubed
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash of freshly ground black pepper
- 1 large yellow onion, peeled and diced
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1ΒΉβΒ³ cups (330 ml) beef stock
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) thickened cream
