– 4 garlic cloves, minced

– 2 lbs. sirloin steak, trimmed and cut into strips about 3 inches long and 3/4 inch wide

– 1/2 c. of beef broth

Directions:

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Combine onion, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl; stir well to combine and set aside. In a small bowl mix cumin, coriander seeds, garlic, and beef broth; set aside.

Add steak strips into the bowl and coat them with the spices. Transfer steak strips into the air fryer basket, evenly spaced, to cook. Cook for 7-10 minutes, or until steak is cooked through. Transfer steak strips onto a plate and cover with foil to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1½ tablespoons (22 ml) balsamic vinegar
  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 1/4 cup fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method

Step 1

In a large nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and fry, stirring occasionally, until fragrant. Remove the skillet from the heat. Add seasoning and vinegar. Allow cooling.

Step 2

Add chopped rosemary. Pour the mixture into a Ziploc bag.

Step 3

Put the meat in the bag and shake well, to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 4

Remove marinated ribeye steaks from the refrigerator. Allow sitting for a further 20 minutes at room temperature.

Step 5

Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.

Step 6

Fry ribeye steaks at 400 F (200 C) for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
