Air Fryer Lemon-Garlic Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 pound (480 g) lean ground beef
- 1/2 pound (120 g) ground pork
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup sessoned breadcrumbs
Method
Step 1
Preheat your air fryer to 350 F (175 C) for 5 minutes.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until well combined.
Step 3
Using an ice cream scoop, for into 16 meatballs. Transfer them to a baking sheet.
Step 4
Working in batches, fry in the preheated fyrer for 8 minutes. Shake the air fryer basket well, then cook for a further 2 minutes.
Step 5
Remove cooked meatballs from the fryer and transfer to a serving plate. Repeat with remaining meatballs. Serve hot.
