Irish cream liqueur.Delicious homemade liqueur.Ready in 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee(preferably a flavored Irish or cappuccino coffee)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 cups (500 ml) Irish whiskey
  • 1 cup (250 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 large eggs

Method

Step 1

Add flavorings to whiskey and blend in blender. Add milk and blend on low speed for 1 minute. Add eggs and pulse stir for 1 minute more(use the lowest speed on blender and turn on-off about eight times) Refrigerate Irish cream liqueur for 30 minutes
