  • 15 oz (450 ml) can una, drained
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup crushed breadcrumbs
  • 1 stak celery, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons minced yellow onion
  • 1/2 tespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs (such as oregano, dill, basil)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • freshly cracked black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese


Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except canned tuna. Mix well. Gently fold in the tuna until just combined.
