Spaghetti with Tuna and Anchovy
- 15 oz (450 ml) can una, drained
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- zest of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 cup crushed breadcrumbs
- 1 stak celery, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons minced yellow onion
- 1/2 tespoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried herbs (such as oregano, dill, basil)
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- freshly cracked black pepper
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
