Ingredients

  • 12 green mussels, defrosted
  • To Make a Sauce:
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeeze lemon juice
  • dash of paprika

Method

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, combine all sauce ingredients. Stir well.

    Hi! I live in the Netherlands and I can’t remember ever seeing *frozen* mussels here. We buy them raw and then boil them in their own juice.
    If I want to cook them in the AF, do I have to boil them first or can I put them in the AF raw?
