Air Fryer Breaded Beef Schnitzel Recipe

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 thin beef escalope
In a shallow dish, combine the breadcrumbs, olive oil and seasoning. Stir well.
In another shallow dish, place beaten egg. Dredge the meat in the egg, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 F (200 C) for 5 minutes.
Place the coated schnitzel in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350 F (175 C) for 12 minutes, flipping the beef once during the cooking time.
